For the month to month plan does that mean you get a monthly bill?

I only have$15 today to start my service, can that be done?

If you are needing an electricity plan for just 2-3 months are you able to sign up for this plan for that amount of time alone? Or is there a minimum amount of time you have to be enrolled in this plan?
