Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy At All So I go on line and I'm looking at a plan: You are signing up for You Got This™ 3 7720 MCCALLUM BLVD 3050 DALLAS TX 75252 Your rate is: 7.4¢ kWh This plan includes Paperless Billing Monthly Recurring Charge: $ 0.00 Early Termination Fee: $ 135.00 BUT since I have been a customer for 19 years, but under my dads name, it will not let me sign up because the page for ordering has my dads name on it. I call and the agent tells me that this plan, that I am looking at is not available, and tries to push a 11.9 cent plan. I have been giving my money to this company for 19 years, and not happy with "sorry the cheap plan is a no, but we have one that's a nickle more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Rude Customer Service Agent I just got off the phone with a service agent named "Mark." I had not issue speaking with him, but he wanted all of my information right off the bat to sign me up. I let him know multiple times that I was not looking for him to sign me up, but instead to get information about my usage and get a rough bill estimate. He tried many times after that to get my information and address and I finally told him that I could provide him my zip code but not my actual address because it should be enough. He got very frustrated and started to blame me. I let him know that he does have the ability to look up a rough estimate as did many other companies with just my zip code. I was simply asking for numbers, not sign up. He was very rude and could not wait to get off the phone with me because I was not signing up with him.
