Rated 5 out of 5 by from First choice was my first choice I enrolled in the 2 year fixed rate plan. I have a 3 bedroom 2 story home and my bill has been very affordable. I am very pleased with the service I have received but my favorite thing about first choice power is the app that you can download and view your usage and also enroll into the auto bill pay for convenience.

We are living in an apartment right now, if we move to a house during this contract, can we change the address, or will we need to cancel and then set up a new contract?

Is this rate a bundled rate. Do you help with the charge for getting out of my contract

could you show me example of how your billing works

does the 24 month fixed rate also require Auto Pay? Paying online is fine with me. However, I do not like the Auto pay requirement on the 12 month fixed rate option.
