Good Rates but Not Ideal for Moving
Every time I ask to transfer (pretty much every year) they tack a early termination charge and restart my account under new charges for no reason. Even when specifically asking and stating so.

To sign up is their a deposit?
In our Texas market, our deposits range from $0 - $150, depending on the results of the soft credit check that is performed after you submit your application for enrollment. If a deposit is not required, you will immediately see a confirmation of enrollment, and if one is required you will be provided information on the amount of the deposit and the various ways you can pay it. What if m not satisfied with the power company I'm with now how can we switch. We are both seniors and our bill is outrageous.
