We are living in an apartment right now, if we move to a house during this contract, can we change the address, or will we need to cancel and then set up a new contract?

Is this rate a bundled rate. Do you help with the charge for getting out of my contract

Great question! While we don't cover early cancellation fees from other providers, the 8.0 cents/kwh is an average rate plan including the TDU charges based on 2,000 kwh of usage. You would receive one monthly invoice per month that is generated based upon the amount of usage that is consumed. does the 24 month fixed rate also require Auto Pay? Paying online is fine with me. However, I do not like the Auto pay requirement on the 12 month fixed rate option.

After 2 year contract, do you renew contract or set up a new one?

Hi Tausha! When your contract is within 60 days of expiring we provide you with new rate plans either via your online account or by phone should you want to call in. Most likely the rate plans available will not be the same rate plan as you had previously as our ability to offer certain rate plans changes. Sincerely, - Henry
