How can I have my power reconnected?

If your power is disconnected because you haven't paid your bill, just pay your past-due balance in full to be reconnected. You can pay online in your First Choice Power MyAccount or by calling Customer Service at 1-855-534-3881.

If your power is disconnected because of an actual power outages in your area, please the Transmission & Distribution Service Provider (TDSP, also known as the utility company) to report the outage.

If you an old analog meter, it can take 24-48 hours for your power to be reconnected, depending upon the workload of the TDSP technicians. If you have a new Smart Meter, it can take only a few hours for your power to be reconnected, but it still does depend upon the workload of the TDSP technicians.

In either case, please call the TDSP for your area to learn more about when your power will be reconnected.
