Automatic Bank Draft Payments
Never miss a payment. When you sign up for this FREE payment option, you are authorizing First Choice Power to initiate a funds draft from your bank account on a repetitive, monthly basis. To sign up online, simply log in to your account and select the automatic bank draft enrollment option. First Choice Power will draft the current bill charges from your bank account prior to the bill due date each month. To be eligible for Automatic Bank Draft, your First Choice Power account must be in good standing and may not have had more than two late payments or more than two payments returned un-paid by your financial institution in the prior 12 months.
Additionally, to be eligible, your account must not have been disconnected for non-payment during the prior 12 months. Check with your financial institution to determine if it will charge any related fees for automatic billing.
In person at Western Union with cash, check or money order
First Choice Power accepts payments made at authorized participating Western Union locations (i.e. grocery stores). You will need to supply your bill remittance stub and bank information from your personal check (or cash). Participating Western Union payment centers charge a $1 fee for processing your payment.
Please note: Carnival, Minyard and Sack n Save will not accept payments for bills that are accompanied by a disconnect notice.
Debit/Credit Card and Electronic Checks
You can call (866) 469-2464 toll-free or pay online through First Choice Power Online Customer Care if you would like to make your monthly bill payments by debit/credit card or electronic check. A third-party processing fee of $3.95 will be charged for electronic payments submitted online or via telephone.
(This fee is charged by our third-party payment processing provider. First Choice Power does not receive any portion of this fee. Note: There is a $500 maximum per transaction and a $1,500 maximum payment per calendar day.)
You can make bill payments via the Internet through your banking software or financial institution.
Reminder: To ensure proper credit and timely processing of your First Choice Power payment, send your payment stub and check in the envelope provided. Write your account number on your check. Do not fold, staple or paper clip your pay stub or check.
