(FORT WORTH, TEXAS) – First Choice Power is matching all donations to the Care to Share Fund this summer to help low-income and elderly customers stay cool. The Care to Share Fund provides bill payment assistance to eligible First Choice Power residential customers in need of emergency funding.
“We are working with our customers to help manage energy usage this summer as the temperatures rise,” said Jeff Weiser, president of First Choice Power. “We also want to assist residential customers who need a little extra help by providing extra emergency assistance through the Care to Share Fund.”
First Choice Power will match dollar-for-dollar every donation to the Care to Share Fund through Sept. 30, 2007. Customers can donate by adding a donation to their monthly bill payment and submitting along with their check payment.
