(FORT WORTH, TEXAS) – The First Choice Power Fund is now accepting online applications for First Choice Power Classroom Innovation Grants until 6 p.m. CST March 5, 2008. The First Choice Power Fund will award grants to inventive teachers across Texas for original classroom projects that stimulate and inspire young minds.
“Teachers positively impact the lives of their students every year,” said Diane Harrison Ogawa, executive director of the First Choice Power Fund, a division of the PNM Resources Foundation. “We encourage Texas teachers to apply for First Choice Power Classroom Innovation Grants so they can turn their innovative teaching ideas into classroom magic and continue in the tradition of making a difference.”
