First Choice Power Celebrates Flag Day And America's Independence

FORT WORTH, Texas — May 26 2005 — The summer's almost here, bringing Flag Day and other patriotic celebrations with it. First Choice Power customers are invited to visit any of the company's local offices between June 1 and June 29 to register to win an American flag.

Each First Choice Power office in the company's Texas service area will draw a winner on Wednesday, June 29. Only one American flag will be awarded per office, so customers should drop by soon for a chance to win, and to pick up patriotic coloring sheets for children to enjoy. They can also pick up a First Choice Power Smile Card for up to 20 percent savings at local restaurants and businesses.

"America's independence is something to celebrate year-round, and we're giving it special emphasis at our offices for Flag Day and throughout the month of June," said John Menichini, First Choice Power vice president of Customer Operations.   "Come celebrate with us!"
