Women's Home
The Women’s Home will purchase a new, energy-efficiency ice maker with its grant funds. The Women’s Home dormitory provides a highly structured living environment for new residents and has 26 beds. Each woman is provided with all her basic needs, including food, clothing, toiletries, bed linens and non-prescription medications.
“The current ice maker has deteriorated due to years of use and is in-efficient. A new, energy efficient ice-maker will help the home save on energy costs while providing cool refreshment to our residents during the hot summer months,” said Paula Paust of The Women’s Home.
