Walnut Springs Historical AssociationThe museum will use its Reduce Your Use Grant to purchase a programmable thermostat. It also will expand its education outreach to students in fourth to seventh grade to promote conservation and preservation.“Our goal is to educate our students and visitors the importance of reducing energy consumption and to preserve our history,” said Cynthia Offutt of the Walnut Springs Historical Association. “The money we have saved will help us purchase an energy effecient refrigerator.”  Todd Clift of First Choice Power presents Cynthia Offutt and the Walnut Springs Historical Association board of directors its Reduce Your Use Grant check. |
