Happy Hill Farm Children's HomeThe 2009 Reduce Your Use Grant will be used the same as the 2008 Reduce Your Use Grant: to install energy-efficient light bulbs. Happy Hills consists of an academy, working farm and dormitories. With more than 90 buildings, there are lots of lights to be upgraded.“We are slowly but surely making the transition,” said Mr. Shipman, who founded Happy Hill Farm Children’s Home. “Every penny we save is good.
