Many of our customers have said they’d like to lend a hand to other families who need a little help paying their electric bill. That’s why we created the Care to Share Fund, a customer-funded bill payment assistance program that helps pay an electric bill for qualifying residential customers who are going through a rough patch.

You can make a donation to this fund each month by checking the box on your payment form and including the amount with your payment. It’ll make you feel good, and it’s tax-deductible.

Customers needing to apply for assistance can dial 211 to get information about bill payment assistance agencies in your community.
