On the Road Again!
 
We’re fired up about September being Hunger Action Month, and we’re not alone. Many of our community partners are also working hard to end hunger here in Texas. To take action, First Choice Power is sponsoring luncheons in chambers of commerce all over Texas. We’ll speak about Food First™ program and have a canned food drive.

Our First Choice Power Channel Partners will be getting involved as well – with a little friendly competition to see who can bring in the most food! Our Business Development Managers will be going in person across the state to pick up the bags.  

Here’s our road trip schedule so far:

Sept 2nd – Killeen
This evening event is actually going to be a mixer.

Sept 6th – Temple
At the luncheon, First Choice Power will hand out Food First bags and encourage folks to bring their full bags back to the chamber. We’ll match the donations dollar-for-dollar, with all food and funds going to chamber member Churches Touching Lives for Christ.

Sept 21st – Aubrey
During the August meeting, First Choice Power business development manager Kevin Krajewski talked about Food First™ and handed out Food First bags. At this month’s meeting, folks will bring back their full bags of food.

Sept 22nd – Pilot Point
We’ll be at the monthly chamber luncheon to speak about Food First™ and collect food.

September – McAllen, Mission and Edinburg Chambers
Month long competition between chambers to see who can collect the most cans.
