We Had a (Golf) Ball

We all had a great time at the 27th Annual Fall Golf Tournament, put on by the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce at the Wilderness Golf Course in Lake Jackson. This is the second year that First Choice Power was a Presenting Sponsor of the event, which supports networking and promotes local businesses in the community. In addition to a full day of golf, the event also featured a silent auction and door prizes. First Choice Power was happy to donate recycling boxes to keep the course (and the environment) clean, as well as a Golf Survival Kit for the silent auction.

We were honored that the chamber board members and committee members all wore First Choice Power shirts for the event—they all looked real nice and did us proud. If you were at the tournament, you probably saw First Choice Power sales representative Maggie El-Feky out on the course socializing and later, handing out the awards at the end of the tournament.

We were very impressed that the Angleton Chamber of Commerce had had special wine bottles made for the event that included the First Choice Power logo. We’d treasure ours for always, except that someone already drank it. Guess we’ll have to wait for next year…
