Additional Payment Options
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Already use EDI? We do, too. Another way to avoid paper, EDI technology sends billing and payment information electronically from your company to ours. EDI exchanges billing information through a secure transfer over the Web or the phone. Using EDI cuts down on the costs associated with paper trails, payment processing, accounts payable, faxes and meetings. This option is typically for customers who have already invested in the EDI technology
Sales Tax Exemption
Some commercial customers are exempt from paying sales tax. To see if your business qualifies, it might be helpful to check with your tax advisor, accounting manager or the Texas State Comptrollers office. If your company is eligible, please fill out our sales tax exemption form and send it back to us. This could help save your company money.
