Our employees have spent the spring running and walking for some of our nonprofit partners.
Most recently, employees and their families participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Fort Worth and the Mosaic In Motion 5K & 1Mile Family Fun Run.
Komen has been a company favorite. We rotate each year back and forth supporting the Dallas race and then the Fort Worth race. Special thanks to Arthelia, Stacey, Jeanette and Ryan (left to right) for participating this year and sharing a photo! Many of us have connections to women fighting breast cancer, so we find this event to be very personal.
MOSAIC is a new partner. Our director of corporate risk, Raman, is on this nonprofit’s board. Recently, to support him, we helped sponsor this fund-raiser and had employees participate. You can see photos of the event on the MOSAIC in Motion 5k and 1k Web site. Mosaic Family Services is a nonprofit community-based organization that provides services free of charge to refugees and immigrants who are victims of human trafficking and domestic violence in North Texas.
