FAIL: HUGE Printout Left on Printer

FAIL!

Dear Co-Worker Who Left a Massive Printout On the Printer:

A member of our employee Green Team sent me this photo for our FAIL series on the blog.

We have a few questions for you:

1) Was is really necessary to print a manual?

2) Could you have printed double-sided to save some paper?

3) Final thought…if it was that important to have, why did you leave it on the printer?  It was likley an honest mistake but hope you remember next time.

We have a few friendly suggestions for the future: 

1) Read the document online.

2) If you must print pages of the manual, only print the pages you absolutely need. And print them double-sided, please!

3) If you print them, don’t forget to pick them up and use them.
