First Choice Power Adds Alma Salinas to Mission Local Office
MISSION, TEXAS – First Choice Power today announced the company has added Alma Salinas as the new manager at its local storefront office in Mission. Salinas will be responsible for assisting customers with their energy needs, directing operations at the local office and fostering relationships with the Mission community.
“Alma Salinas has the variety of experience and the commitment to meeting customers’ needs that we value at First Choice Power,” said Terry Pruett, director of local offices, First Choice Power. “We look forward to our Mission area customers meeting her and the community embracing her as they have all the local office staff.”
Prior to First Choice Power, Salinas managed local franchises of large national chains including Starbucks, Radio Shack and Wal-Mart. She is also involved with the Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce and served as membership director from 2001 to 2002.
In addition to her primary profession, Salinas is an independent sales representative for Avon cosmetics and has been recognized with many awards for leadership through that organization. In 1999, she was named as a guest speaker for the Hispanic Leadership Seminar at Avon National Convention in Las Vegas.

Salinas lives in Edinburg with her 16-year-old son. Alma has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Texas Pan American. She enjoys entertaining family and friends with her culinary, reading self-development books and is passionate about legendary customer service.
The Mission office is located at 2423 E. Expressway 83, Suite 400 and is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
