First Choice Power Adds Geoff Haerle as Wholesale Operations Coordinator
IRVING, TEXAS – First Choice Power is expanding its operations team with Geoff Haerle, who is taking the reins as wholesale operations coordinator at the company’s Irving headquarters. Haerle will be responsible for the complete support of the wholesale operations function to ensure that wholesale supply chain operations are efficiently executed in accordance with First Choice Power guidelines. He will also be responsible for implementing improvements within the department.

Before coming to First Choice Power, Haerle owned his own independent consulting company, where he served many energy clients, including First Choice Power. Through his company, Haerle Consulting, he maintained long-term relationships and executed a data warehouse for large energy companies. He also implemented a risk management system for trading gas and electricity in the ERCOT market, which involved developing new functionality to support a supply contract with Constellation Energy.
Haerle brings more than 20 years of consulting experience to the First Choice Power team. Before consulting for First Choice Power he worked with TXU Energy as well as Price Waterhouse Coopers and Anderson Consulting where he handled million dollar budgets and large teams.

Hearle studied at Austin College in Sherman, Texas where he earned his Bachelors in business administration and history before continuing to University of Texas where he earned his M.B.A. He is a very active volunteer for the YMCA Youth Programs, School Parent Organization and the United Way.
